This weeks post. From Lessons as a Child,The Death of a President, President Jimmy Carter to The Democrats hypocrisy. Its all here

Fall is in the air. And it's great to be a Tennessee Vols.

As a child growing up, my parents taught me some very valuable lessons. A very important lesson they taught me early on was, if you make a mess, clean it up, and do not leave if for someone else to do. . And if you make a mistake, take responsibility and correct it. This lesson I would think applied to the US policy in Iraq. We all know that the intelligent leading to the war in Iraq was bad. According to the democrat party, we made a mistake going to war in Iraq. However their policy is to cut and run. The democrat policy is teaching our children that no matter how bad you mess up, you can just pass the mess onto someone else to clean up. This is not a policy I want my children to learn. For this reason the US should not take up the milk and cookie defense and foreign policy of the democrat party. The US has got to stay the course. We cannot afford to leave this for someone else to clean up. This is will hurt the US more than the “US foreign policy" under the Bush Administration. Now with that being said, lets move on to other topics.

I was amused this afternoon when reading a story from the BBC on former President Jimmy Carter. First let me say that in my lifetime there has NEVER been a more failed Presidency than that of Jimmy Carter. In the past few days Mr. Carter has blast British Prime Minister Tony Blair and now he no longer wishes to see Joe Lieberman re-elected to the senate. Of course this is no surprise. You would think after being a failure at leading the greatest country on earth, Mr. Carter would want the US to succeed in Iraq. Mr. Carter has talked openly about his born again Christian faith. The time has now come for Jimmy Carter to practice his born again Christian faith. In an interview with BBC News night, Mr. Carter blast Tony Blair saying “I have been really disappointed in the apparent subservience of the British government's policies related to many of the serious mistakes that have been originated in Washington."  "No matter what kind of radical or ill-advised policy was proposed from the White House, it seems to me that almost automatically the government of Great Britain would adopt the same policy without exerting its influence.  This was the case "in the Middle East peace process, in the case of the Lebanese/Israeli war in the recent past and certainly in the ill-advised abandonment of the war against terrorism to substitute the war in Iraq", he said.  Asked if he thought Britain was exerting its influence behind the scenes, Jimmy Carter replied he had seen no evidence of that.  "I haven't seen the corrective effect of British disagreement with what the White House has proposed. It may be there, it hasn't been evident to the public," he said.

Once again Mr. Carter is displaying the democrats foreign and defense policy. Cut and Run. On Joe Lieberman Mr. Carter had the following to say on Larry King live. "He was one of the originators of public statements that misled the American people into believing that the Iraqi war was justified, "He's joined in with the Republican spokespersons by saying that Democrats who disagree are really supporting terrorism," Carter said.” So for all these reasons, I've lost my confidence in Joe Lieberman and don't wish to see him re-elected." Jimmy Carter boasts of his “Christian faith”. Yet his faith is weak. He is a man that rubs shoulders with evil dictators such as Fidel Castro and yet he blast Tony Blair and President George W Bush as being evil and turns on his friend Joe Lieberman. . Former President Jimmy Carter should practice what he preaches, by removing the beam from his own eye before removing them from others. Jimmy Carter should be asking people to pray for these men if they are so misguided or so evil. Mr. Carter is nothing more than a Scribe, Pharisees, and Hypocrite, as well as having the worse presidency in the modern era.

The democrat’s hypocrisy continues. This week we observed the 5th anniversary of 9/11. ABC ran the miniseries, “The Path to 9/11”. The democrats across the country went ballistic. Democrat Leader Harry Reid went as far as to threaten ABC. It was going to show the failures of Bill Clinton. I have to ask where were the democrats when Michael Moore’s Fahrenheit 9/11 hit theaters? Once again the democrat’s hypocrisy shows its ugly head. The democrat party on Monday night and Tuesday were crying foul. On Monday night President Bush delivered an address to the nation regarding that terrible day in 2001. The democrats quickly jumped and said it was a political partisan speech. Many spoke about the president had the opportunity to unite the nation. However the democrat policy is to divide the country for political reasons. It the democrats really wanted to see the nation united they would give up on being hypocrites. But again they were for it before they were against it. No wait was it; they were against it before they were for it, before they were against it? You see? They have had so many positions that it is so hard to keep up with what they believe.

Speaking of movies, The British mock-documentary called Death Of A President , which depicts the imagined assassination of George W. Bush should not be shown in the United States. If the democrats really want to stand up and cry foul over a movie, now is the time for them to speak out. This documentary is a slap in the face of the United States of America. You may not like George W Bush, however the office of the President of the US deserves more respect than this.

Have a great Friday and ,
Go Vols

Keith
